Deposit and withdraw your way

Magic Planet supports payment cards, bank transfers, NeteraPay and Google Pay. Since the move to the PayU payment gateway, card payments run in both directions: deposits arrive practically instantly, and withdrawals reach the card in seconds, with 30 minutes as the longest time, 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. Revolut cards work too, and card limits run from CZK 100 to CZK 500,000. Google Pay brings quick, secure deposits with a few taps, and NeteraPay is a popular, simple route that many players prefer.

Your first card

When you use the card gateway for the first time, you authorise the card with a deposit, a one-time security step. Add another card later and it is authorised the same way. 3D Secure protects the payment, your bank authorises the transaction itself and your card details are not shared with Magic Planet. Some banks hold card payouts as reserved payments for a while, among them Raiffeisen Bank, Česká spořitelna and Moneta Money Bank, and a bank transfer can be quicker for them. UniCredit Bank customers use the standard withdrawal to a bank account.

Limits, fees and ownership

Withdrawals to a card and to a registered bank account are free of charge. A bank transfer has no minimum withdrawal, and the processing time is 1 to 3 days. Only one payment method is active at a time, and you can change it freely after you verify the ownership of the new bank account or card. The verification page shows the steps.
